Upon completing a course, what businesses can I open?
With the information from this course, you will be able to have the knowledge to open your own business. For the Life Coach Program, you can open a coaching practice. You can specialize in the following areas: general life coaching, Christian coaching, career discovery coaching, wellness and health coaching, leadership coaching, executive coaching, and more. Students in the Herbalist programs can take the path of opening the following businesses: operating a health food store to sell herbal health remedies and products; operating an herbal skincare store; selling bulk herbs; operating a tea shop; serving and selling herbal teas; making and selling potpourri, candles, and other aromatherapy products; sell herbs and plants at farmer’s markets; create an herbal detox business for skincare and colon cleansing; offer guided plant walks and tours; identifying native wild herbs; teaching about herbs and their medicinal properties. These are some examples of the opportunities that exist, but there are many other business possibilities within this field.

How long do I have to complete this course?
Students are given a period of 2 years to complete the course, but two 30-day extensions may be requested through email for a fee of $100 USD for each month extended.

How is my coursework submitted?
All coursework will be submitted through an online course platform.

What formatting should I follow for assignments and citations?
Assignments and citations should follow MLA guidelines. This includes Times New Roman font in size 12 with double spacing.

Is this a certification program?
This is NOT a certification program. Students who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion. In the United States, there is currently no herbalist certification agency or licensing board. This is subject to change and may vary across states and countries. We recommend you review the regulations in your area.

Will textbooks required for the course be provided for the student?
Digital textbooks are included within the online course platform.

Are there any student resources?
Students will be given a Student Handbook that provides you with everything you will need to know about course guidelines and assignments, as well as answer any questions you may have.

Is there an age requirement to take the program?
Our certificate programs are offered only to individuals 18 years or older.

Are there any prerequisites for the course, such as a high school diploma?
Although a high school diploma is recommended, there are no prerequisites.

What is the cost of tuition?

Do you provide this program in any other language besides English?
No, the program is currently only offered in English.

Do you have any disability resources?
If you have a disability that may cause you to require more time, we do offer two 30-day extensions that cost $100 USD for each month extended, with a maximum of two. Accommodations may be made to those with disabilities. All cases will be reviewed and considered on an individual basis. Any additional months granted will be subject to the same standard extension fee per month. The school holds the right to reject further extensions if necessary and decisions will be made according to the discretion of the school.
